One of my goals for this summer is to wake up early for a week, but now that I think about it, I really want to learn how to wake up early all summer. There are so many benefits to waking up early, one being you get more hours in the day to get things accomplished. I'm definitely a night owl, and I like to wake up around 10 o'clock, but it's gotten to the point where I waste my morning away and I don't have time to relax throughout the day because I need to get things done. My daily schedule is also off. I eat breakfast at like 11:30, don't even eat lunch, have snacks throughout the afternoon, and then I'm not that hungry around dinner. I look back on my days and realize how much they're wasted away. I want to use all the hours of my summer to relax and cross off projects on my list.
